Founded in 2003, Catclar Investments is a Real Estate Development company that focuses on building strong relationships with municipal officials and the neighboring communities in order to create successful, quality driven, and environmentally friendly development projects that further enhance the communities within which they are situated. With over 25 years of experience in all facets of development, the team at Catclar knows how to successfully bring a project to fruition from its infancy, achieving the highest and best use for the property, while also complementing the surrounding communities.

Irene Catsibris Clary
Principal Irene Catsibris Clary has succeeded within the highly competitive field of land acquisition, design, and construction of urban townhomes and condominiums with associated retail space. Over the last two decades in Arizona, Clary has led her company with innovative and creative thinking and a strict requirement for quality development. She has a sincere desire to create spaces that she can happily envision occupying.
Her most recent residential projects, 421 West in Tempe and The Rosedale Residences in the Biltmore-Arcadia area in Phoenix, are completed and sold out. Prior to these, Catclar designed and built Clarendon Estates in the heart of Carefree.
Currently, SOHO Scottsdale's first phase of townhomes, lofts and penthouses is also completed and sold out, and Clary is embarking on construction of SOHO Scottsdale Phase II. SOHO Scottsdale, located near the intersection of the 101 Freeway and Bell Rd., includes four penthouses, 18 lofts, and four townhomes with a unique elevator option between floors. All four townhomes have been sold. The community incorporates public art in conjunction with Scottsdale Art's Public Art Division and is planned to complement the surrounding commercial area.
With retail and amenities on site, including a restaurant, two hair salons, a workout facility, FROGS Physical Therapy which houses a golf performance academy, and other great commercial additions, SOHO Scottsdale is the premier live/work/play community in North Scottsdale. A beautiful triangular shaped swimming pool will be added with the new construction. Nearby attractions are golf courses, WestWorld and stunning views of the McDowell Mountains.
Born in Beijing, Bing Hu set out to conquer his dreams and follow in the legendary footsteps of Frank Lloyd Wright and his organic architecture philosophy. Hu is an award winning visionary with globally recognized projects. His distinctive, forward thinking flair is brought to life in the innovative SOHO Scottsdale development.
Ross Holden received his Five-Year Bachelors of Architecture from Jefferson University while working every summer interning. His work has stretched across a number of cities including Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and London. Ross grew up in the western mountains of Maine where he gained his affinity for the natural environment and sustainability. His experience in custom residential and commercial projects has strengthened his intuition for materiality, forms, and quality in a diverse range of projects.
